The old cellar where we developed this project, funded by the European Union,belongs to a landmark building called “Casa de la Tercia”, constructed in the 7thcentury and located in the small town of Cehegín in Murcia´s hilly interior.The cellar is located on the semi basement of the building.

A second home on a rocky outcrop at the start of the western ghats (highlands), Khopoli, in Maharashtra, India. An area of high precipitation in the monsoons, and equal heat during the summers, the site changes remarkably from March to July, with the onset of the south westerly monsoons.
This piece of land, located in the middle of a coastline dotted with “All Inclusives,” would have to be transformed into a box that contained its own sea –practically its own air– given the happy circumstance that the universe had created a desert joined to the sea along a horizontal line. It was the purest, most minimalist landscape a horizon could have drawn.
