In the region of Porto Feliz, San Paulo, Lee House is a stunningly beautiful luxury residence designed by the practice of Studio MK27 under the leadership of the award winning architect Marcio Kogan, internationally recognized as the most impressive contemporary architect in his native Brazil and Eduardo Glycerio.

A generous 900 sq.m interior on an outstanding verdant site of 9.000 sq.m. Lee House is a single horizontal structure, broken by the centrally positioned open plan living space which separates the entrance and service areas from the private and leisure facilities. A minimal material palette has been used in the construction of Lee House, concrete, wood and glass in a number of configurations. The sliding transparencies behind wooden screens offer the option of an open pavilion leading onto the terrace, pool and deck area or during the heat of the midday sun, the sliding screens may be closed, still permitting an essential element of cross ventilation in the living space. Each of the four bedrooms have recessed windows and shutters, each one opening up onto an open verandah.

The interior design is the work of Diana Radomysler and ensures every comfort through his customised furniture, a fusion of contemporary with the warmth of Brazilian colour. A fully equipped spa and gym which opens out onto a private courtyard and hot tub adds a further touch of luxury to this enviable residence. The landscaped garden has been incorporated into the natural lush tropical environment with indigenous plants and trees, adding a final touch to this startling property!
