The couple who owns this property wanted to find an escape from the bustling streets of New York City, and in the end they successfully ended up with this tranquil oasis in the heart of Chelsea.
The couple commissioned B Interior to design the four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom property, which fills out at 5,000 square feet. Sophisticated details like the linear fireplace (encased in delicately veined, smooth Pietra Gray marble, no less) and the dark-charcoal-stained concealed entertainment system play on neutral tones, which are aesthetically complimented by the penthouse’s natural light. The space is furnished throughout with furniture by luxury Italian design brand Poliform, and the kitchen is by Poliform/Varenna. Other furniture and lighting includes pieces from Flos, and ABC Carpet and Home.
