Designed by Baranowitz Kronenberg Architecture, Villa PI is located in Arsuf, Israel. The inspiration for the home was a sea view and the local climate. The architects created a structure which consists of glazing on three sides with the only solid element being a concrete wall in which they have situated the entrance.

In this way, the home is exposed to sea views from every aspect. In order to maintain a sense of privacy for the occupants, the building has been furnished with an outer skin. A series of blinds or sun shades which can be raised or lowered at the click of a switch. This is a unique type of facade, ideal for a structure where climate control is an issue.
