A collaboration between Tim Durfee and Anna Regn has produced the Growth Table, an item developed from an everyday object, in this case, a table used by children and adults for drawing or crafts, commonly found in most homes.

Constructed of Marine plywood and Douglas Fir, the table can accommodate a number of people, who, through its design can be encouraged to draw. Various adjustable levels and angles provide an ideal environment for creativity thereby encouraging the formation of an artistic community, or social situation either in an indoor or outdoor space.

Ample space for drawing utensils is provided within the design, which could double as a homework table for a family with several children, in any case, it is a workable idea in terms of a multi-purpose expandable workspace.
