Possibly the best branding I have come across in a while, the new Mezcal Mano Negra bottle simply rocks!

Mezcal is a distilled alcoholic beverage made from 30 varietals of agave, and apparently is "the best kept secret of Mexico." However, the company was looking to spread that secret internationally, and a re-branding was in order.

Enter Sociedad Anonima to take care of business, who not only have a kick ass name, but also a kick ass portfolio to go with it. Clearly the team wanted to give a very strong look to Mezcal, and that they did! The company explained to Sociedad Anonima (even typing the name sounds cool) that the hand print is a symbol of the hand of the master distiller, the hand of the worker, and the hand of the seeker of true Mezcal. So naturally the hand print became the cornerstone of the design, and we are grateful it did because looking at this bottle has most definitely made me a seeker of true Mezcal.

To top it off we have an old medicine bottle look that makes Mezcal seem more like something that came out of a lab, then a distiller. Either way I want one and I'm sure you want one also.
