Spoonplus is an hybrid of chopsticks and spoon, that can be used together or separately. This new kind of cutlery is designed primarily for the degustation of asian meals, respecting the chronological order for a menu mainly served in japanese restaurants, at first dish (usually starting with a miso soup) until the end of the meal (sushi, sashimi, satay meat skewers with a bol of rice). This product is also a wink at asian culture, that is evolving between tradition and innovation.

Aissa Logerot, old student from cabinetmaking formation at Ecole Boulle and graduated from Ensci, creates design pieces whose watchword is simplicity. By combining traditional skills and industrial design, he creates objects with essential lines that respond to a functional aesthetic and to a reasoned use of materials. Aissa says about this: "As a designer, I do not conceive a particular aesthetic ideal, I especially appreciate the simplicity of forms reflecting the evidence of a function, of a use".

More broadly, his work raises questions on eco-design and the links that may exist between design and artcraft. Main project of his work at Ensci, the range of furniture Extensions integrates and testifies the design philosophy that defends the young artist. This project enabled Aissa get the Reddot Award 2009 before being nominated for Audi Talents Awards. Aissa Logerot is also winner of Cinna competition 2010 with his light Lamp Posh. He was recently awarded the Grand Prize for Creation of the City of Paris 2010, in young designer category, which rewards all of his work.
