I think the essence of design never changes, just like the essence of making music doesn’t change. Somehow, a designer needs to create a successful relationship between a person, the intended user, and an object, the design created. A series of beautifully crafted objects were presented by Taiwan Eco Arts during the 2013 Design Week. Coordinated by Design Director Giulio Ceppi, the collection included 5 brand new items presented for the first time, a group of seats, each one an example of the exquisite artistry of Taiwan.
Presented recently at the Salone del Mobile is a collection of seven household objects, collectively entitled N=N, which represent a collaborative project by the design practices of Nendo and Nichetto.
