This group of food designers have been a hot topic on the scene in London recently. At London Design Festival, they held a session of creative cappuccino at the Illy Galleria with guests including Marcel Wanders. Involving lots of their famous liquid nitrogen, the almost scientist like designers created surprising and ingenious and unusual menu's including edible coffee grounds. With food design's growing popularity and buzz, Blanch and Shock are definitely a company to watch out for.
