Elsa Lambinet is a French food designer who recently graduated from the ECAL / University of Art and Design with a Master of Advanced Studies in Luxury. She recently presented a project based on chocolate for her graduation which was highly congratulated by the jury.
During her academic study with the ECAL, she participated in esteemed exhibitions such as Christofle/Designer Days 2011 as well as Baccarat/Milan Design Week 2011. Her projects shaped many articles which featured in renowned papers including the New York Times, Intramuros, Citizen K, Etapes and L'Officiel du Design 2011 just to mention a few.
Elsa Lambinet was born on the 16th of March, 1987 in Nimes, France. In 2008, she won the competition "design and wine" at La Mariniere Terreaux in Lyon, where she graduated with a HNC in Design. The following year, she completed this degree through a bachelor in Product and Packaging at at the Leonard de Vinci School in Villlefontaine in conjunction with an internship at L'Oreal, in the Areca design section.
After graduating, she decided to live in Australia for a year in order to perfect her English and build upon her professional experience. She sent her application to the ECAL/University of Art and Design from Melbourne and was accepted 2 months later in MAS Luxe.
