This one of a kind luxurious penthouse apartment occupies the top three levels of one of the tallest high rise buildings in the city of Saint Petersburg in Russia. Designed by Russian born architect, Sergei Tchoban BDA in collaboration with ST Design, it represents the architects’ fascination with opulence and futuristic design.

The three floors of the unit are linked via a central column of onyx, culminating in a palm-like backlit installation which illuminates the glass paned conservatory on the upper level. An area in which to relax in the comfortable chairs on leather covered floors and enjoy the breathtaking 360 degree view of the city. One floor down via the circular stairway is the formal dining and business area and on the first level of the triplex is the private accommodation. The wooden floors and walls create a warm environment most furnishings were designed specifically for the unusual spaces within the residence. The onyx bathtub, office desk and dining and kitchen tables in particular are the designs of the architect.

The total space of the private residence is 500 sq.m plus an additional 200 sq.m terraces!
