This branch of The House Hotel is located at an attractive corner on a busy zone in Ortakoy, overlooks breathtaking view of Bosphorus. Inspired by the historical Simon Kalfa building - which entitled its name from the Balyan Family who became famous by being architects of a dozen Ottoman palaces - the design concept was to create a comfortable, modern luxurious world reflecting classic traces of its era
The whole atmosphere is fascinating with the latest custom-made through use of Autoban's signature materials as marble, brass, oak and walnut. The design studio stayed true to their successful formula of combining the old with the new, and created a space of contrast by means of circular forms within linear plan schemes.
