The 4 Sergeants Restaurant was born in August 1975 in this 19th century
upper middle class residence. The girders for the glass roof were forged
in the same metallurgical factories in Reims as were those that form
the structure of the Statue of Liberty.
It was in this winter garden with its mezzanine that Patrick Gilbert
directed his loyal team for more than 30 years for our great pleasure.
For twelve years now Julien, the son of the house, has collaborated to
maintain the reputation, to enrich the cellar with the best vintages and
to discover, with passion, magnificent wines for us.
Today Julien presides over the destiny of the establishment.
