The duplex is a 2500 square foot residence with a living room, dining room and kitchen in an open layout. The main level included the open floor plan, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The lower level included the master bedroom bedroom, office area, walk in closet, bathroom and large outdoor entertaining space. This project featured a new kitchen with high gloss lacquer cabinets, new hardwood white oak flooring and a complete overhaul of all of the furniture in the space with a custom upholstered sofa and a set of Pierre Guariche vintage lounge chairs. The bedroom featured a custom upholstered wall, custom lacquered nightstands and a lacquer built in unit.
